Richard Stoltz is the practitioner behind QigongShen, offering Qigong instruction rooted in years of study under respected teachers in the field.

Richard trained directly under Master Mantak Chia at the Universal Healing Tao Master School in Chiang Mai, Thailand, completing certifications in Supreme Inner Alchemy (Microcosmic Orbit, Sexual Alchemy and Iron Shirt Chi Kung). He also holds a Level III certification in 5 Element and 8 Trigram Organ Medical Qigong.

Classes focus on grounding, connecting to earth and universal energy, and building a steady, sustainable practice, whether you are brand new to Qigong or deepening an existing practice.

Sessions are held at his home studio, Wu Wei Oasis, a calm, dedicated space designed for practice and stillness.
